Festival Premiere for Emma Cahill Story

Emma Cahill, Recycled Equestrian Film

CONGRATULATIONS to director Jessica Lamb and Pledge Sports crowdfunded Emma Cahill.

Their short documentary film about Emma, titled Recycled Equestrian, has been selected to premiere at the Dublin International Short Film & Music Festival on October 6.

The project was made as part of a Filmbase.ie documentary film-making course, and is the second Film Festival Selection to come from the course in recent years. The crew were working together for the first time and shot on a minimum budget it typically wet and windy Irish weather.

We’ll share a link to Recycled Equestrian when it becomes available online, but our Irish fans are welcome to pop down to Cineworld Dublin on Thursday, October 6 to catch the premiere for themselves. Tickets are available on the DISFMF website.

Emma Cahill joined PledgeSports.org at the start of 2015 and blew everyone away with her incredible story, personality and tenacity. She is a para-dressage rider, a Spinal Injuries Ireland mentor, Tedx speaker, and much, much more.
