Ok let’s talk pool time. As a form of exercise, it does get much better than swimming. It’s a sport that gives you a true all over body work out and it’s low impact which means that everyone from young kids to very OAP’s can do.

Almost all small towns have public amenity swimming pool which. And if you happen to live by the coast in a nice climate then we’re all jealous!

Unless you are trying to swim in a hot bath, you don’t sweat while swimming! Whether in the sea or pool, the water around you is constantly cooling you down.
