Get Josh Stark to the 2015 IBERCUP World Youth Football Tournament

We are so excited for ‘lil’ Josh!

Josh has been playing soccer for 8 years. He started when he was only three years old and has always excelled in the sport. He can pretty much tell you anything and everything you ever wanted to know about soccer!

He recently tried out for and was selected to participate in a soccer tournament in Marbella Spain with the Soccer Awareness Elite Team.  This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to participate in an International Football Tournament in June 2015.

Josh will compete against football teams from all over the World giving him some lifelong memories and also increasing his own Life Experiences by mixing with hundreds of children from different cultures and backgrounds.

Josh’s costs are $3,500, we hope to raise as much as possible to help make the trip affordable and ensure that Josh does not have to miss out on this wonderful opportunity.

More about Josh’s soccer career

Like the old saying goes: “He eats, breaths, and sleeps soccer.”

He’s played for the ‘Grape Apes’ and ‘Aflac Ducks’ in Virginia and, since moving to San Diego, has played for the AYSO ‘Silver Bullets’, Rebells, Aztecs, Albion, and currently Nado.

He has also played soccer for the ‘Eagles’, Josh’s elementary school for the past 6 years. Josh’s school team will be playing in the finals this year at the Olympic training soccer fields.

This will be his second time having this exciting opportunity.  He recently got rid of his mohawk or as he liked to call it ‘his chick magnet’.

It was definitely a good represention of his personality and his signature style.  He used to color it to match his uniform (purple, yellow, red).

Josh has been a goalkeeper for the last 4 years.  He is currently 11 yrs old and will be playing on the U12 team which consists of 11-14 yr old boys and girls. We hope this experience at the IBERCUP will help him reach his goals for the future.

Please help us make Josh’s dream come true! It would mean the world to all of us and he won’t let you down.
