Hockey Venezuela, heading to the America’s Cup 2017.

More than a project or an international event, it is about defending our history, our sport, to show the world that hockey in Venezuela is worth practicing. In our country we make the effort to be known every day that passes, it is not only that they know our faces, efforts, sacrifices, practices and talent. But also that they can give us the opportunity that our passion “Hockey” is as important as any professional sport, our results have been visible, without having an exclusive place to practice.

We lack tools for daily practice, but we never lack our desire to practice and study this sport, which with only a ball and a cane has served as a tool to give everything on the field, through the unconditional support of our families, Friends, coaches and all our people who make up the Venezuelan Hockey Federation

Since 2013, great work has been carried out with great figures of Venezuelan hockey, as it was in the management of former president René Granat, until this year 2017, with our current representative of FVH, Zuleika Seijas. It is great to recognize the effort and all the confidence that each one of the hockey representatives have put in this sport.

Our delegation both women and men have been working hard, among them the most outstanding achievements are: Venezuela manages to be crowned champion in the Inter-American Hockey Cup in Panama in 2013, later in the Bolivarians in Peru also achieved gold medal for 2014 The South American Games the delegation obtains the bronze, for 2015 in the Pan American Challenge obtaining the second place and finally in 2016 the World League obtaining the sub championship.

Between courses, practical workshops and theorists we are in constant dedication because our sport is recognized more and more. Venezuela has obtained good results, all thanks to the dedication of each of the athletes that make up the national team, our great talents, our hopes of going ahead and those who do not give up, without obviating of course that whole technical body Which prepares them.

We need your voluntary economic contribution, not only for Venezuela, but also for this new generation of sport, capable of continuing to transform the human being and demonstrate that it is an effective and irreplaceable tool for the growth of a country’s youth.
