We are Kevin and Edel, mountaineers, runners and skiers from Ireland. We’re on our journey to complete the Explorers Grand Slam by climbing the seven summits and skiing to the poles, and we’d be grateful for your help.

We have worked our way through the foothills of the challenges, by climbing Elbrus and Toubkal, building our skills by climbing in the Scottish winter and on alpine peaks, trekking frozen rivers in the Himalayan winter, skiing across Hardangervidda and Svalbard, and we’ve trained in the arctic winter and built our endurance with marathon and ultra races.

We’re moving up in our goals now and taking on bigger peaks, longer projects and harder goals.  That’s where we need you to come in, we can’t take the next steps without your help.  Every pledge will make a difference, all your support will get us closer to a peak or pole and we really mean it when we say everything you do for us will push us forward. We’ll repay the faith shown by finishing the grand slam.
