My name is Stuart Greene and I am coach of the Newtown Senior boy’s hockey team.

I am writing to you today because recently we have qualified for the All Ireland Schoolboys Championship which will be played on the 21^st, 22^nd and 23^rd of October in Belfast.

The competition is the elite schoolboy’s hockey competition in the country. The last time Newtown qualified for it was back in 2005, so we are very excited to be taking part this year.

The average cost for the entire trip is approximately €6,000 for the team. The cost would include Hotels, Coach Hire, team kit and food throughout our stay in Belfast, and we want to raise 2.5K + if we can through PledgeSports.
