Im from Richmond Virginia but currently reside Cherryville North Carolina. I fell in-love with coaching in 2011 after seeing young boys and girls getting into trouble with law enforcement and began to build a team. Using donations i received from the neighborhood myself and the organization that i had partnered with new helmets and equipment. The 1st season was a big success (we didn’t win a game)in the growth and development of the young people because when given the choice they created a positive space for themselves to grow. For about 3 years the Hillside court had a team finally after being deemed 1 of the most dangerous places in Richmond Virginia.
