I am a 21 year old diver from Sheffield, England. I am aiming to represent GB at a senior international Grand Prix event in Bolzano in July. This money would help contribute towards part of the cost of the trip.

The reasoning for this is that after having a tough season with injuries last year including breaking my thumb just prior to the British Nationals in 2016 I had qualified for limited competitions which ultimately led to me losing my funding.

This season, however, has seen a 3-metre individual national title at the Winter British Nationals and a 3-metre synchro British title at the summer championships. Due to this, I have been selected to compete in this International Grand Prix Event where I have a chance to secure funding for the next season which will allow me to solely focus on my diving after finishing university this month in the lead up to the Commonwealth Games which I aim to qualify for.
